TIME

TO

The best time to visit Amsterdam is between Spring and Autumn. I'd recommend visiting April, May and September if you're wanting to avoid the crowds but still enjoy some of the good weather. The closer towards the summer months guarantee you better weather, but be prepared to wait for hours at some of the popular tourist destinations.

I visited Amsterdam in February. It's also a beautiful place to visit during the winter months when the Christmas markets are full of hustle and bustle, but, be prepared for the bitterly cold weather, with temperatures reaching a maximum of 8 degrees! January is also one of the cheapest times to visit!
